About Amadora
Amadora is an agentic operating system for agencies.
It runs the organic SEO and AI search work that used to eat the week, so your team can get back to the job only people can do: winning clients, keeping them, and judging the work.
Who’s behind it
One lived the problem.
The other built the answer.

CEO & co-founder
Dmitry Chistov
Dmitry built and runs Amadora, and sets its product direction. Fifteen years in SEO, and a decade building software for marketers.

CTO & co-founder
Andrey Soloviev
Andrey leads engineering at Amadora, where he builds the AI search optimization systems the platform runs on. His background is technical SEO and AI visibility — the two disciplines the product has to bridge.
Why we built it
The answer replaced the list of links.
SEO ran on a stable contract for twenty years: earn the ranking, get the click, report the position. That chain has come apart in the middle, and it leaves agencies fielding a question they have no instrument for — a client asks why ChatGPT recommends a competitor, and nobody can see inside the answer to explain it. Rankings don’t account for it. A screenshot isn’t a strategy.
So a category of tools appeared to measure the damage: a dashboard, a score, and a list of fixes handed back to the agency to go and do, fourteen times a month, per client.
Measuring the gap was never the hard part.
How it started
The product I couldn’t buy.
Amadora began as internal tooling for our own projects. It became the company once other people wanted it more than we did.
2010
I started doing SEO in 2010, on my own businesses.
Not for clients — for things I was trying to get off the ground, and for friends trying to get theirs off the ground. The job was legible back then. You could read a page, read a results page, and know what to do on Monday.
2010–2024
Then I spent a decade building software for marketers instead.
The last platform I built reached more than 10,000 paying customers and trained over 30,000 marketers. Two things stuck. Marketers do not want another dashboard, they want the work done — and nothing survives unless it holds up against a real client deadline.
2025
In 2025 the ground moved. I could not answer basic questions about my own projects.
- Where are we cited?
- Who is being recommended instead of us?
- What do we do about it this week?
So I went looking for a tool, then for an agency I could hand it to. I found neither — the tools tracked mentions and stopped there, and a chart is not a deliverable. So Andrey and I built it ourselves, because we were the customer.
Today
Today it does the work, not just the measuring.
Amadora finds what is missing, builds the plan, writes the content, and ships the change to the client’s own site — nothing goes live without approval. Agencies run their client rosters on it. The report comes last now; it is not the product.
