9 Best Searchable Alternatives in 2026 for In-House Content Teams

The nine Searchable alternatives worth looking at are Amadora AI, AthenaHQ, AIclicks, Writesonic, Surfer SEO, LLM Pulse, Otterly.AI, Rankscale and Searchable itself. Searchable buys more finished writing per dollar than anything else here: 20 articles a month at $125, with unlimited projects, unlimited countries and unlimited seats on every tier. The friction is where those articles stop. Its own integrations list runs to three — MCP, Search Console and Analytics — so the draft is exported and somebody on your team publishes it, and the Search Console tie-in shows clicks and impressions without ever reporting a ranking position.

All nine, side by side

Nine tools on the five things that decide a Searchable evaluation: entry price, engines included at that price, what the price covers in brands and seats, how far each carries the work, and whether it sees Google. The execution column is the one to read twice — seven of these nine write something, and only two can put it on a website.

Scroll the table sideways

Prices come from each vendor's own pricing page and are monthly list. Amadora AI is our product. Writesonic and Surfer open on an annual toggle; both were re-read on 31 August 2026.

Why teams leave Searchable

Teams rarely leave Searchable over the price, because per dollar it buys more finished writing than anything else in this comparison. Pro is $125 a month for 100 tracked prompts per model, 9,000 AI answers analysed, 200 site audits and 20 articles, with projects, countries and seats all unlimited. Scale doubles most of that at $400 and Enterprise reaches 1,250 prompts and 200 articles at $999. Very little here gives a whole team a login for free, and almost nothing gives an agency unlimited client projects at the entry tier.

What sends people looking is the last step. Searchable’s integrations page lists three connections — MCP, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 — and the Publishing column of its own comparison table reads No against all three. So twenty finished articles arrive as twenty exports, and getting them into the CMS, formatted and linked, lands back on the team that hoped the tool had absorbed it. The same gap shows up in the measurement. Search Console feeds clicks, impressions and CTR into the dashboard, which is the traffic half, but no keyword position appears anywhere, so nobody can say whether the article that shipped in March moved a ranking by May.

How we compared

We read every vendor’s own pricing page on 28 August 2026 for prices, seats, engine coverage and plan limits, and each vendor’s product documentation for what the platform does with the work it generates. Where a claim decided a rung, it came from integration or API documentation rather than a marketing page — Searchable’s own prose says “publish to your CMS” in one paragraph and its integration table says the opposite in a column, and the column names three integrations while the paragraph names none.

Amadora AI is our product and it ranks first here. Its entry follows the same shape as every other one, limitations included, and every tool name links to its own site so the figures can be checked. A wider set of tools sits in our roundup of the top LLM monitoring tools.

The nine alternatives, ranked

Ranked for the buyer currently evaluating Searchable: an in-house content team or small agency that has decided AI visibility is worth tracking and now wants the writing that follows it to reach the site.

01

Amadora AIBest for teams and agencies that want the article written, published and then proved against Google rankings in one report.

Our productRung 7 of 7From $59/moUnlimited brands from $179Google SEO included

Amadora runs a brand’s prompts daily against the live ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini interfaces rather than through APIs, then names the competitor that owns the sources each answer trusted. It produces the work that closes the gap — audits, briefs, drafts, landing pages — ships approved changes into the CMS, then keeps working on the page: internal links repaired, on-page changes and schema applied. Search Console connects, so the article and its ranking arrive in the same report.

Amadora.ai homepage
Amadora leads on finding why a client is not cited, then shipping the fix.
Key features
  • Publishes to WordPress and Webflow directly, other platforms via plugin, API and MCP.
  • Agents repair internal links and apply on-page changes and schema after the page is live.
  • Search Console connects, so rankings sit beside AI answers in one week-over-week report.
  • Unlimited brands and seats from $179, with white-label and consolidated billing on Agency.
Pricing

Three tiers on Amadora’s pricing page. Starter $59/mo: 15 prompts, one brand, 300 credits. Professional $179/mo: 100 prompts, unlimited brands and seats, 1,000 credits. Agency $499/mo adds white-label, workspaces and API on 3,000 credits. Credits price the deliverables — 200 an audit, 40 a draft, 20 a brief.

Limitations
  • Content is metered in credits, not a flat article count: 1,000 credits is roughly 25 drafts, where Searchable includes 20 outright and never meters them.
  • Three engines on the base plans against Searchable’s nine, and five more cost $9 each.
  • No SOC 2 and no on-premise deployment, which ends some enterprise procurement outright.

Best for teams measured on published work rather than delivered files, particularly anyone who found the export step was where the programme stalled. Not the right call if you want a fixed article allowance you can plan a calendar around, or nine engines at the entry price.

02

SearchableBest for in-house content teams that want the most finished writing per dollar and have someone to publish it.

Rung 4 of 7From $125/mo20 articles a monthGoogle SEO partial

Searchable is an AI search platform built around a content studio, and the ratio is what makes it interesting: $125 a month buys 100 tracked prompts per model, 200 site audits and 20 AI-optimised articles, with unlimited projects, countries and seats on every tier. It is also unusually specific about its metering, publishing the number of AI answers it analyses each month rather than only the prompt count.

Searchable homepage
Searchable pairs AI search analytics with the actions that follow.
Key features
  • Nine answer engines, selected during onboarding, on every published tier.
  • 20, 80 or 200 AI-optimised articles a month by tier, with a research and scoring pass.
  • Unlimited projects, countries and seats on Pro, Scale and Enterprise alike.
  • LLM Analytics reads AI-crawler traffic from Cloudflare, Vercel, Fastly, Akamai and Netlify logs.
Pricing

Pro $125/mo: 100 prompts per model, 9,000 answers analysed, 200 audits, 20 articles, 12-month retention. Scale $400/mo: 500 prompts, 45,000 answers, 1,000 audits, 80 articles, plus white-label reports, Looker Studio and API. Enterprise $999/mo: 1,250 prompts, 112,500 answers, 200 articles. Annual billing takes 20% off. A 14-day trial runs without a card.

Limitations
  • No CMS integration exists, so every finished article is an export somebody else has to publish.
  • Search Console gives clicks and impressions but no ranking position, so the effect of a published article is never reported.
  • The pricing page contradicts itself on engines: the comparison table lists nine on every tier, and the FAQ below it calls Copilot, Claude and Grok add-ons.

Best for in-house content teams that want the largest fixed article allowance per dollar and already have a publishing process they trust. Not for a team hoping the tool will close the loop, or one that needs to prove a ranking moved.

03

AthenaHQBest for a single flagship brand that wants the widest engine coverage and drafts that reach the CMS by themselves.

Rung 5 of 7From $295/moUnlimited seats, one websiteGoogle SEO partial

AthenaHQ is the one tool on this page that finishes the job Searchable starts. Its Action Center turns a tracked gap into an article draft, and its Content Hub then publishes that draft into Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Framer, WordPress or Payload CMS, with draft-or-live chosen in the publish dialog. Ten engines at $295 with unlimited seats is the widest self-serve coverage here. Our AthenaHQ alternatives page covers its tier ladder in full.

AthenaHQ homepage
AthenaHQ leads on agents that see, act and win on AI search.
Key features
  • Publishes into six named content systems, and updates existing WordPress posts in place.
  • Ten engines on Starter, including Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Copilot and Meta AI.
  • Unlimited seats with role-based access, and a free Essential tier with five engines.
  • Brand voice enforced and approved sources required on everything the Action Center writes.
Pricing

Essential is free with 300 credits and five engines. Starter is $295/mo with 3,600 credits, ten engines and the Action Center, and the subscription covers one website. Enterprise is on quote. API access and extra credits are add-ons billed on top.

Limitations
  • The plan attaches to a website, so a second brand is a second $295 subscription — Searchable’s projects are unlimited.
  • Credits meter everything; 3,600 a month is monitoring plus moderate output.
  • No article allowance is published at all, so content volume is hard to plan against.

Best for a single flagship brand that wants the draft to reach the CMS without a human carrying it. Not for an agency with a roster, or a team that needs a predictable monthly article count.

04

AIclicksBest for consultants and small agencies that want every client site tracked and written for under $200.

Rung 4 of 7From $59/moUnlimited sites at $189Google SEO no

AIclicks is the cheapest route to Searchable’s core promise. Pro at $189 a month covers unlimited websites and unlimited countries, tracks four models and runs a GEO Content Agent that produces 15 articles a month, rising to 30 on Business. For a consultant carrying eight client sites it is a third of what most per-brand tools here would charge.

AIclicks homepage
AIclicks frames itself around actions and agents rather than dashboards.
Key features
  • Unlimited websites and countries from the $189 Pro plan.
  • 5, 15 or 30 AI-optimised articles a month by tier from a GEO Content Agent.
  • Choose three models at Starter, four at Pro and six concurrently at Business.
Pricing

Starter $59/mo: three models, one website, one country, five articles. Pro $189/mo: four models, unlimited websites and countries, 15 articles. Business $499/mo: six models, 30 articles. Enterprise is custom with all models. A three-day free trial runs without a card.

Limitations
  • Seat counts are published nowhere, on any tier, where Searchable states unlimited outright.
  • Three days is the shortest evaluation window here, against Searchable’s fourteen.
  • Starter’s single website and single country make it a trial rather than a working plan.

Best for consultants and small agencies covering many client sites who want tracking and drafts on one small bill. Not for a team that needs named seats, or a buyer who wants longer than a long weekend to decide.

05

WritesonicBest for teams that want AI article production and an off-page outreach workflow from the same vendor.

Rung 5 of 7From $99/mo3 engines below EnterpriseGoogle SEO partial

Writesonic came at AI search from content generation rather than analytics, and it is the only tool here besides ours with an off-page workflow attached: its Action Center runs on-page and off-page actions, though only Enterprise gets more than a trial of them. Growth writes 50 articles a month, the largest on this page after Searchable’s Enterprise tier, and its plugin publishes the post to a live WordPress site.

Writesonic homepage
Writesonic sells the before-and-after of AI visibility rather than the measurement.
Key features
  • 15, 25 or 50 AI articles a month across Starter, Basic and Growth.
  • An Action Center of on-page and off-page actions, full on Enterprise.
  • Site audits and agentic workflows alongside the visibility tracking.
Pricing

Starter $99/mo, Basic $249/mo and Growth $499/mo, each 20% cheaper billed annually at $79, $199 and $399, the default toggle. Starter tracks 50 prompts daily on one project with one seat; Growth 200 across two with three. Enterprise is quoted and is the only tier tracking all ten engines.

Limitations
  • Three engines on every published tier against Searchable’s nine.
  • The Action Center is a five-action monthly trial below Enterprise.
  • One project at $99 and two at $499, where Searchable’s are unlimited at $125.

Best for teams that want article production and an off-page outreach motion from one vendor and can live inside three engines. Not for anyone comparing engine coverage per dollar, or running more than two brands.

06

Surfer SEOBest for writers and editors who optimise for Google first and want AI visibility beside it, not instead of it.

Rung 4 of 7From $59/moAI tracking from $119Google SEO yes

Surfer SEO is the incumbent in content optimisation and the only tool here besides ours that reports a Google ranking position. Its Content Editor and auto-optimize improve a draft against what already ranks, and AI Search Analytics was bolted on beside that rather than replacing it. It is the right shape for a team whose Google traffic still pays the bills.

Surfer SEO homepage
Surfer now trades as Positive Surfer, leading on Google and AI together.
Key features
  • Content Editor and auto-optimize score and improve a draft against the live SERP.
  • Genuine Google rank tracking, which seven of the nine tools here do not have.
  • AI Search Analytics also sold standalone at $185/mo for 100 prompts across five brands.
  • Five engines on Pro: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, AI Overviews and Gemini.
Pricing

Monthly and yearly both publish, yearly 17% cheaper and the default. Discovery $59/mo tracks 10 pages and no prompts; Standard $119 adds 25 weekly prompts on ChatGPT; Pro $219 reaches 50 daily across five engines and five seats; Peace of Mind is $359 and Enterprise $999.

Limitations
  • No monthly billing at any tier, so the entry price is a twelve-month commitment.
  • AI tracking effectively starts at $99 and ChatGPT is the only engine until $182.
  • It optimises a draft rather than producing a programme, so the article count is whatever you write.

Best for writers and editors optimising for Google first who want AI visibility measured beside it. Not for a team that wants articles produced for them, or one unwilling to commit to a year.

07

LLM PulseBest for small teams that want five engines tracked and a handful of drafts at the lowest entry price here.

Rung 4 of 7From €49/moUnlimited seatsGoogle SEO no

LLM Pulse has the lowest entry price here and an unusually candid pricing page: two separate price books, one for weekly tracking and one for daily, with the daily figures roughly double. Five engines are included on every tier rather than reserved for the top one, and seats are unlimited, so a whole team can log in for €49.

LLM Pulse homepage
LLM Pulse names four engines on its homepage; the other four are paid add-ons.
Key features
  • Five engines on every tier: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews and Gemini.
  • Unlimited seats from the €49 entry plan.
  • GEO Writer Tasks metered at three, five or 15 a month by tier.
Pricing

Weekly tracking runs €49 Starter, €99 Growth, €299 Scale, €599 Scale+ and €1,199 Scale++ on monthly billing. Daily tracking runs €79, €149, €449, €899 and €1,899. Annual billing takes 17% off both books. Starter covers one project and 50 prompts, and a 14-day free trial is included.

Limitations
  • Claude, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek and Alexa are paid add-ons above the plan price.
  • Three writer tasks a month at Starter against Searchable’s 20 articles.
  • Daily tracking nearly doubles the bill, and weekly is what the headline price buys.

Best for small teams that want five engines and a whole-team login at the lowest price on this page. Not for anyone who needs a content operation, or daily tracking on a small budget.

08

Otterly.AIBest for small teams that want a cheap, readable read on AI visibility and nothing else attached to it.

Rung 3 of 7From $29/mo15 prompts on LiteGoogle SEO no

Otterly.AI is the most readable tracker here and makes no claim to be more than that. Lite is $29 a month for 15 prompts across four engines, and Standard at $189 is where a real prompt set fits. Its Agency Partner programme adds unlimited workspace management and Looker Studio branding, which is more agency tooling than most tools at the price. Our Otterly.AI alternatives page goes through the ladder.

Otterly.AI homepage
Otterly names six engines on its homepage; four are included at the entry tier.
Key features
  • Four engines at entry: ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot.
  • Unlimited team members on every plan, priced per workspace.
  • Agency Partner programme with unlimited workspace management and branded Looker Studio.
Pricing

Lite $29/mo covers 15 prompts and one workspace. Standard $189/mo is the first plan with a working prompt set, and Enterprise starts at $1,000/mo. Claude, Gemini and AI Mode are paid add-ons rather than included engines.

Limitations
  • Produces nothing: no briefs, no drafts, no articles, where Searchable includes 20 a month.
  • 15 prompts on Lite is below a working set, so the real entry price is $189.
  • No Google view of any kind.

Best for small teams and agencies that want a clean, cheap read on AI visibility and have writers already. Not for anyone expecting content, and not a like-for-like swap for Searchable.

09

RankscaleBest for agencies that want many dashboards side by side and will do the work elsewhere.

Rung 3 of 7From EUR 20/mo17+ engines on every tierGoogle SEO no

Rankscale is built around brand dashboards rather than a single workspace: Pro at €99 a month carries ten, Growth 50 and Enterprise 100. All 17+ engines are tracked on every tier against a monthly credit pool, with page audits beside the visibility scoring. It is monitoring, deliberately, and priced for someone watching a lot of brands at once.

Rankscale homepage
Rankscale tracks brands, products and ads across 17+ engines.
Key features
  • Two dashboards at €20, ten on Pro, 50 on Growth, 100 on Enterprise.
  • 17+ engines including Mistral and Claude, metered against a credit pool.
  • White-label and a REST API from the Growth tier.
Pricing

Four tiers in euros, not dollars. Essentials €20/mo carries 120 credits and two dashboards but no team seats or exports. Pro €99/mo carries 1,200 credits, ten dashboards and 50 audits. Growth is €385 and Enterprise €780. Yearly saves 15%; Pro has a seven-day trial.

Limitations
  • Nothing is produced or published — no briefs, no drafts, no articles.
  • Fifty page audits a month on Pro against Searchable’s 200.
  • The $20 entry price buys a shell you have to top up before it does anything.

Best for agencies that want many brand dashboards side by side at a low per-brand cost. Not for a team that wants the writing done, or anyone taking the $20 tier at face value.

Best by job

Content teams that need the article live, not delivered

Amadora AI. Publishing into WordPress and Webflow, then internal links and schema repaired on the page afterwards, and Search Console reporting whether it worked. Unlimited brands and seats from $179 a month.

The largest fixed article allowance per dollar

Searchable. Twenty articles at $125 and two hundred at $999, with unlimited projects and seats throughout. Nothing else here publishes a ratio close to it, and a team with its own publishing process loses nothing to the export step.

Many client brands on a small bill

AIclicks or Rankscale. AIclicks covers unlimited websites at $189 and writes 15 articles a month; Rankscale carries ten dashboards at €99 and writes nothing. Both are a fraction of a per-brand subscription once the roster passes three.

When Searchable is still the right choice

  • You want a fixed, plannable article count rather than a credit balance. Twenty a month at $125 never runs out mid-month, and our credits do exactly that on a heavy one.
  • You need nine answer engines at the entry price. We cover three on the base plans and charge $9 a month for each of the next five, so matching Searchable’s coverage costs more with us.
  • You run an agency on unlimited client projects at $125. Our unlimited brands start at $179, and every other multi-brand tool on this page is priced per website or per workspace.

The execution ladder

The execution ladder is seven steps from measuring an AI visibility problem to proving it was fixed: measure, diagnose, plan, produce, publish, fix, prove. Engine counts and prompt limits miss the thing it captures, which is how much work lands back on your team. Every platform here climbs the same seven steps and each stops somewhere.

Scroll the table sideways

Rung placements reflect what each vendor documents publicly, re-read 28 August 2026. Searchable stays at rung 4 on the evidence of its own documentation: its integrations page lists exactly three connections — MCP, Search Console and Analytics — and the Publishing column of its own comparison table reads No for all three. Prose on the same page says "publish to your CMS", but no CMS is named anywhere in the product, the docs or the API. Writesonic moves from 4 to 5: its own plugin publishes into a live WordPress site. Its Action Center executes only on Enterprise, a five-action monthly trial below that. Surfer optimises a draft rather than producing a programme, and its AI Search Analytics module is measurement only.

Rung 4 is crowded now — seven of these nine produce content, and Searchable produces more per dollar than any of them. The thinning happens one step later. Only AthenaHQ and Amadora put a finished page on a website without a person in the middle, and the gap between an export and a published URL is a content team’s week. Above that it thins again: nothing else here repairs internal links or applies on-page work and schema after a page is live, and only Surfer and Amadora report a Google position, so seven of the nine can describe an AI answer changing but not the traffic behind it.

Migrating off Searchable

The export step that makes Searchable frustrating to live with makes it easy to leave. Data exports are included on every tier, so the prompt set, its history and the competitor list come out as files, and articles already generated are already yours — they sit in your CMS or your drive, not in the platform. Visibility scores do not carry across, because Searchable analyses 9,000 answers a month at Pro and scores them its own way, and no other vendor samples at that rate.

Expect first data within twenty-four hours of adding a domain and a usable trend line at about two weeks. Two things make the timing straightforward. Monthly billing is offered on every tier, so there is no annual contract to strand unless you took the 20% discount, and a trial elsewhere can run alongside a live Searchable subscription on the same prompts. If the article allowance is what you are weighing, run one month of real production through both and count what reached the site rather than what was generated.

Common questions

How much does Searchable cost?

Searchable Pro is $125 a month for 100 tracked prompts per model, 20 articles and 200 site audits (vendor pricing page, August 2026). Scale is $400 for 500 prompts and 80 articles, and Enterprise is $999 for 1,250 prompts and 200 articles. Projects, countries and seats are unlimited on all three, and annual billing takes 20% off.

Does Searchable have a free trial?

Yes — 14 days with no card required, on Pro and Scale. Enterprise and Custom go through sales instead. The trial is the only free access: Searchable publishes no permanently free tier, unlike AthenaHQ, whose Essential plan tracks five engines at no cost for as long as you want it.

Does Searchable publish content to my CMS?

No. Its integrations page lists three connections — MCP, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 — and the Publishing column of its own comparison table reads No for every one. Articles are generated, scored and exported, then someone on your team moves them into WordPress or Webflow.

Which Searchable alternative writes the most articles?

Searchable itself, at 20 a month for $125 and 200 for $999 — nothing here matches that ratio. Writesonic Growth writes 50 for $499, AIclicks 30 for $499, and Amadora AI meters production in credits instead, at 40 a draft and 20 a brief, so a $179 plan buys about 25 drafts.

Which Searchable alternatives track Google rankings too?

Amadora AI and Surfer SEO report Google positions alongside AI answers. Searchable and AthenaHQ read Search Console for clicks and impressions without reporting a position. Writesonic connects Search Console without tracking a position either, and AIclicks, LLM Pulse, Otterly.AI and Rankscale see none at all.

Can I move my prompts off Searchable?

Yes. Data exports are included on every tier, so the tracked prompt set and its history come out as a file and paste into Amadora AI, AthenaHQ or most others. Visibility scores do not carry across, because Searchable analyses 9,000 answers a month at Pro and every vendor samples differently.
